Do you play golf? Do you want to be longer off the tee? Having trouble scoring?
There are numerous reasons why one can not achieve consistent scores. The obvious reasons are poor mechanics. Notably stemming from your foundation and take-away. If your mechanics are sound and you still can not score, then lets work on the mental aspect of your game. The game of golf cannot be one, but only played. Like fitness, golf is a life long journey and needs commitment to see results.
